College Students' Ideological And Political Work In People-oriented

With the development of society, the environment, tasks, contents, channels and targets of the ideological and political education have undergone significant changes. There is no exception in colleges and universities. Since the reform and opening, all kinds of information have continuously enonnous shock and influence on students in universities from multiple channels. Under such circumstances, traditional ideological and political education is facing great challenge. In order to pull it out of its present predicament and play its proper effect, educator must establish and implement the "people-oriented" thinking.people-oriented thinking is the premise and important content of scientific developmental concept as well as the guiding ideology of strengthening and improving ideological and political education in universities. Implementing the people-oriented thinking is not only the necessary demand of ideological and political work in new era and situation, but also the inevitable tendency for the education to rise to the scientific and modern level. In addition, it can enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities and improve the quality of education. What's more, it plays a significant role in enhancing the quality of students and promoting the college students' all-round development.This paper, drawing on former works, ,is on the basis of adhering to Marxist theory and the thought of "three represents", and through deep analysis of the profound meaning and significance of people-oriented thinking, author comprehensively analyses the situation and cause about implementing it in ideological and political education, thus pertinently puts forward some and policies and measures with view to help promote the education and fully exert its special role and value in students' healthy growth and all-round development.
