Pay attention to the present situation of mathematics new curriculum reforms, understand junior middle school (7-9 grades) mathematics teacher's teaching whether does adapt with the ideas of new mathematics curriculum, is the starting point to investigate and analyze the northern Jiangsu area mathematics new curriculum implementation situation.This article use questionnaires, classroom observation and so on investigation methods, to investigate the northern Jiangsu area junior middle school mathematics teacher's teaching idea, the classroom instruction ways, the compatibility to new teaching material and student's study ways, the application of information technology and appraisal way aspect and so on. According to the present situation of northern Jiangsu area implementation mathematics new curriculum, this article propose to strengthen northern Jiangsu mathematics teachers'training; Transform teacher's teaching ideas; under the economical relative backwardness condition, realize the effective conformity of information technology and the mathematics teaching; diversify appraisal ways and so on suggestions.
