At present, the reform of our country has permeated all aspects of the society,achieved preliminary results in the field of curriculum reform, which has affected thereform in education. The development and utilization of curriculum resources can beregarded as a vital direction for the researches of curriculum theory, which plays anincreasingly important role in the high school physics. Physics curriculum resourcescharacterized by high quality and effectiveness guarantee the successful implement ofphysics course, and also is the significant way to the realization of physics curriculum’s3dgoals.The curriculum and concept of curriculum resources from the perspective of theresearchers abroad and at home are analyzed, and moreover the principle, classificationand the main body of development and utilization of curriculum resources are alsoinvestigated by using the method of literature analysis. On this basis, the thesis defines theconcept and features of physics curriculum resources, and tries to analyze some simpleproblems, theories and the basic of psychology on the development and utilization ofphysical curriculum resources. The questionnaire and interview are applied to investigate100physical teachers and496students from15schools in the northern Shaanxi area,which attempts to understand the curriculum view of the physics teachers and students andthe status quo of the development and utilization of the physical curriculum resources inthis area. The mathematical statistics method is used to deal with the research data, andthus to ensure the accuracy of statistical method.The results are as the follows: firstly, the majority of physics teachers and the studentshave realized the importance of physics curriculum resources, but in practice performanceis not good enough, with quite a number of teachers and students characterized by theunconscious state on the development and utilization of physics curriculum resources;secondly, the diversity and universality of physics curriculum resources are understood tosome extent, showed by the physics teachers deeply understand than students; thirdly,although physics curriculum resources are relatively abundant, it is not much for those going to our class in real and most of them are still undeveloped or idle; fourthly, quite a lotof physics curriculum resources are not very good carding and integration, failed to beenformed the “curriculum” of physics curriculum resources; fifthly, the aim wants to reallydevelop a decent physical curriculum resources needed the cooperation and support ofteachers, students, schools, families and society, which demonstrates the path ofdevelopment and utilization of the physical curriculum resources is still hard enough.Based on the problems showed in the results of the investigation, this thesis givesthe corresponding suggestions from the five main bodies, namely, teacher, student,school, family, community, and educational administrative department respectively.Advice for teachers:1) set up the correct value on curriculum resource;2) pay attentionto the development and utilization of word class curriculum resources;3) pay attentionto the development and utilization of venues station of physical curriculum resources;4)dig experiment resources deeply;5) choose various multimedia and computer-assistedteaching facilities properly;6) pay attention to utilization and development of networkphysics curriculum resources;7) collect physics teaching materials in daily life. Advicefor students:1) form the correct curriculum resource view and strengthen theconsciousness of curriculum resources;2) handle the relationship between the teachingmaterials and the textbook, and also grasp the key learning points on learning resources;3) communicate with teachers and classmates actively and share learning experiencebetween teachers and students;4) go into society and increase life information, as wellas pay attention to accumulation of experience in person;5) exercise your brain andhands, as well as develop and use new resources. Schools should increase investment inphysical curriculum resources, improve the management resources of physicscurriculum resources, and create a good environment for teachers and students todevelop resources. Community should strongly support the school activities. Theadministrative departments of education should rationalizes the curriculum structure andteaching form, constructs the sharing platform of school network curriculum resourcesso as to linkage of the urban and rural education.
