College Students Innovative Research

It's well known that education is the matter of fundamental importance for generations to come. To realize the object of building a wealthy society in China all-round and the great revival of Chinese nation, we must carry out the strategic principles of science & education and qualified personnel, and put education on the strategic position which should be given priority to develop in the modernization construction. Who controls the education facing 21st century, who can gain the initiative strategic position in the international competition in 21st century. So the Central Committee of the CPC decides to build a certain number of world-class universities and a group of high-level universities, which is vital to the benefit of the whole state and the futural destiny of the Chinese nation in 21st century. High-level universities are the main places to train high-level personnel with innovation consciousness and practical capacity, and scientific and standardized management of college students is the important guarantee to do so. For recent years, as the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council lead us properly, education has realized a leap development, education reform has achieved a breakthrough progress, the national level of education has been raising. But at the same time, the challenge that education is facing is still severe, there is a relatively big gap between its whole level and the object to build a wealthy society in China all-round. Along with the rapid development of higher education of China, the structural reform of higher education is being deepened progressively. For traditional ideas, rules, patterns and means of students' management can not fit in with the needs of situational development well, new ideas must be used for reforms and innovations.This paper studies the college students' management from theory and practice aiming to be helpful for the study and practice of students' management. It explains the relative theories and analyses the current situation of college students' management, states the importance of the management innovation in this field. In the innovation study of college students' management, this paper makes clear the ideas of freedom, legal system, service and innovations, defines the ways to realize the innovation of ideas for college students' management and emphasizes some questions which should be paid attention to.
