A Study On The Management Pattern Of The Higher Vocational Education In China Based On Innovation

The development of higher vocational education is a pressing need for thedevelopment of economy and society in China. As a new type teaching mode, thehigher vocational education，with the continuous improvement of the enterprisesmechanism， is taking a heavy responsibility for the training of high-level personnel，raising the education level， they have to improve the innovation of managementsystem and execution mechanism. Therefore the construction of the new type ofeducation administration system simultaneously, which adapt to future developmentand become one of important tasks in the development of the higher vocationaleducation. The innovation of the management system and execution mechanism，it ishelpful to strengthen out relations among government， schools and social，improve the level of educational administration and teaching efficiency of the highervocational colleges and satisfied the demand of society development in vocationalinstitutions. Meanwhile， the higher vocational education of Liaoning also exist lotsof problems and in sufficiency in the aspect of management system，like other highervocational colleges. As a result， the study on management system and operationalmechanism of the higher vocational education in Liaoning has practical significanceand objective request to the scientific development.The paper is focused on the analysis of the development model and executionmechanism in higher vocational education, witch is from the angle of viewManagement and apply. Triple Helix theory to the higher vocational education. TripleHelix theory is based on school， business and government， and emphasizes theimplementation and problem of the higher vocational education from the view oforganization theory， sociology and management. Triple Helix theory breaks throughthe traditional pattern.This paper first elaborates the meaning and application ofinnovation and Triple Helix theory. And it introduces the relation of the highervocational education， business and government. Meanwhile， the thesis sums up the current related research situation at home and abroad about the higher vocationaleducation. Then， this paper makes an analysis of the mode of the foreign highervocational education experience， in lope of providing some lessons for highereducation in our vocational colleges. The next chapter discusses the present situationof the higher vocational education in China and Laoning. Finally it proposes thevocation Education Administration Patterns based on Triple Helix Innovation theory.
