Education Lottery

For many years, the problem of shortage of money has restricted the development of education in our country. To solve this problem, it's necessary for us explore positively, seek for more new and effective approaches collecting money, perfect system of raising money in all aspects in addition to strengthen existent channels of educational funds.Lottery has great function of collecting money. Large number of countries all over the world have taken the circulation of lottery as an important and effective path to government revenue. Some lotteries for educational course have been specially circulated in some countries. Considering the fact that education in our country is in need of development but lacks money, we should use it for reference.With practical and realistic attitude, this study mainly takes advantage of searching materials on line and quantitative analysis, following the track of thoughts to discover problems, analyze and solve them. Starting with the present educational situation and formation of educational funds, this paper offers a large amount of data to verify the lack of educational funds, then analyzes the crucial reasons before getting to the core of this thesis, that is, issuing education lottery for education. Next the paper introduces the experience of some states in the USA, and focuses on discussing the basis and feasibility theoretically and realistically by using related theories of economics, education and economics, psychology, and public management. Finally, practical suggestions are put forward on the key points of running education lottery and allotting money.
