Nowadays, our country is pushing forward the eighth basic education curriculum reform. The new curriculum standard sparkplug the foundation of students' subject role by changing the presentantion style of the studying content so that students can study actively. It specially emphasize that the new curriculum should be related to the routine life experience .And this demands the curriculum design probe and analyze the already existing preconception from the aspect of the student and based the curriculum design and compile on it .This article begin with the analysis of the meaning of preconception its resource, characteristic, and its necessity of existence. Also this article reviewed all schools of theories ideas on preconception would have an impact on their acknowledge of the new message ,then make an analysis and comparison between it and the related part in the curriculum design theory .This article managed to find the aspect that is neglect or not being paid enough attention to in preconception and made some reasonable supplement.In order to test the feasibility of the theory, this article uses chemistry class in the junior middle school as the empirical sample. With the combination of questionnaire and interview , collect students' already existing preconception and the using curriculum.At last the article summarized a general flow from the preconception to the application the curriculum design.
