According to 2014 the State Council document No.46, fitness has risen to national strategic position, set a clear direction for the development of sports undertakings in China. (the people) fitness path is an important part of the national fitness project, it can be said of national fitness path construction in relations with China can better realize the strategic target of the national fitness. However fitness path in our country has been by the government leading to supply according to their wishes, between supply and demand, resulting from information asymmetry, the supply of public sports facilities could not effectively meet the fitness needs of the masses, resulting in lower satisfaction of the masses, how in the insufficient total amount of public sports facilities, social resources are limited, so the demand of mass sports to maximize the satisfaction is a problem to be solved.Hangzhou Qiantang River Bridge bridge section belongs to the scope of the jurisdiction of the Shangcheng District, Shangcheng district as in urban areas of Hangzhou city and the old city, the public fitness facilities is very limited, is Hangzhou city is the only one not belonged to the sports center area, therefore, Hangzhou City, "two sessions" on behalf of the proposed increase public fitness facilities construction in the city, in Qiantang River, set up fitness path, to better meet the needs of the masses of fitness, by the government attaches great importance to. This paper from the sports public service demand, supply perspective of Hangzhou Qiantang River on the north shore of the bridge bridge section along the Yangtze River is suitable for set up fitness path for research and for policy makers.Research methods:This article uses the literature material law, the on-the-spot investigation method, the interview method, the questionnaire survey method. Research object:1, whether the government has the supply condition of the establishment of the fitness path along the coast,2, the residents along the river demand and demand preferences of two perspectives to study. Research process:1, through access to literature data access to data associated with the fitness path, through on-the-spot investigation measurement statistics can be used to set up regional fitness path; 2, through interviews with relevant government departments, in the Qiantang River on the north shore of the bridge bridge set up fitness path of policy, funds, facilities and other aspects of management requirements, rejects does not conform to the requirements of the region; 3, through questionnaire survey on the residents along the river sports public facilities needs and preferences were studied. Results:in Hangzhou Qiantang River on the north shore of the bridge bridge of sports public facilities too obvious, can not well satisfy the residents along the river fitness needs, satisfaction is low, expect additional public fitness facilities;the North Bank of the Qiantang River Bridge bridge section has eight sites in accordance with the request of the government management, and funds available to set up fitness path, the existence of the project construction necessity and feasibility. Finally, the comprehensive site, the government management requirements, the residents’demand preference, the surrounding potential sports facilities supply and other factors, provided along the basic construction scheme of the river fitness path is helpful to the decision-making departments to formulate and perfect the detailed and accurate sports public facilities planning, and provide support for scientific decision-making.
