Chinese has the essential features of human culture and tool. The destination is to form or develop students' ability of learning Chinese. The factors of Chinese abilities are different yet they are also helpful to each other. It's a long period to obtain and develop Chinese ability. It doesn't only depend on the students know ledge and ability, but also reads support of their adverted non-intelligence factors. This articled first elucidated some theories of the meaning of non-intelligence factors, then it also elucidated the motivation interests, mention and the will which can greatly improve students' study, at last, from the following respects: such as how to stimulate students' desire or interest to study, how to students' motion to form strong will in study, it elucidated how to promote Chinese learning and help students improve their non-intelligence factors by combining the teaching practice of the author.
