There are steps between junior and senior physics study .Every and each teacher of physics in senior schools has experienced this obvious differentiation among the students of senior grade one. To diminish this phenomenon in senior grade one, increase the level of physics education and enhance the students' scientific quality, this article does careful research on the differentiation in the process of teaching compulsory physics in high school by analyzing the causes of it from different angles .By looking into the study of physics, this article also analyzes the cause of differentiation in the study of compulsory physics by means of non-intelligence factor, intelligence and social factor and finds out that the motive, the interest and the perseverance of the non-intelligence factors, the powers of the memory, the attention and the thought of the intelligence factors together with the school and the family of social factors should be responsible for the differentiation. Then by comparing the process of the high score group and the low score group ,the experienced teacher gives some advice on how to diminish the differentiation in the hope of helping decrease the differentiation and increase the students' physics quality.
