In order to investigate the characteristics of young students,the relationship between physical exercise and resilience,and how the exercise motivation affect the physical exercise and the resilience,this paper use the method of literature review,comparative analysis,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,with the help of physical exercise questionnaire,"youth mental resilience scale",and the pursuit of success motivation questionnaire" and "avoid failure motivation questionnaire research tools"?Put forward the research hypothesis-the amount of physical exercise can directly influence on the young students mental toughness,but the degree of the influence affected by regulating variable-exercise motivation.?The article adopts the method of sampling,selected three hundred young students as the research object in Fuzhou?Everyone fill the questionnaire(including the exercise intensity questionnaire,adolescent mental resilience scale,the pursuit of success and avoid failure motivation questionnaire),The article first analyzed the adolescent students positive cognitive psychological elastic,family support,personal assistance,emotional control,focus on the five dimensions of scoring goals,And then the intensity of physical activity level survey combined with mental resilience scale,respectively discusses the amount of physical exercise and mental toughness,the relationship between the five dimensions and make a prediction analysis?Finally discusses the regulating variable-exercise motivation in physical exercise and psychological adjustment,the flexibility of in order to verify their hypothesis?Research results show that:(1)the different sex,different levels of age students(junior high school students and high school students,high school students and college students)there is significant difference in the amount of exercise.(2)different grade students positive cognitive,interpersonal assist in mental toughness dimensions exist significant differences.(3)the influence of physical exercise on mental flexibility degree affected by regulating variable-exercise motivation.Sport achievement motivation questionnaire high score of students,the psychological resilience ability is stronger,avoid failure motivation questionnaire scores of weaker students the ability to mental toughness.Through the analysis of the above research results can draw the following conclusions:(1)the students resilience can be divided into the target concentration,emotional control,positive cognition,family support,as well as interpersonal assist five dimensions.(2)the students who often engaged in all kinds of physical training have better mental toughness?(3)training motivation can be used as control variables affecting the youth of the relationship between physical exercise and mental flexibility.(4)exercise task or sports activities,the subjective motives of "participation" group psychological resilience ability than the subjective motives of "avoidance" group has a better ability of mental toughness.(5)physical exercise can not only directly affect adolescent students mental toughness,and can be focused,emotion control,as well as interpersonal assist and sports motivation such as intermediary variables impact on adolescent students' ability of mental toughness.
