Learning motivation refers to a psychological tendency to stimulate individuals to carry out learning activities,maintain the learning activities that have already been aroused,and make learning behavior towards a certain learning goal.It is the internal motivation that directly promotes students' learning.Whether a student wants to learn or not,the degree of effort and initiative in learning are all related to learning motivation.Nowadays,with the support of the national policy,music art has developed rapidly.The education departments and senior high schools have also actively implemented the national policy to support art education.At the same time,it has aroused widespread concern among music fans and college entrance examinees.The number of music art examinees has also shown an increasing trend year by year.In the process of music learning,high school music examinees will indirectly affect their professional level due to many external factors,such as the publicity of film and television entertainment,parents' expectations of students' performance,teachers' professional level,etc.But the main factor that causes the difference of students' learning level is whether the students can exert their subjective initiative to the greatest extent.Therefore,through the phenomenon to see the essence,the learning motivation of high school music art candidates is an important factor that causes the size of their progress space and learning efficiency.By searching for information and studying the relevant literature at home and abroad,the author finds that there are still a few studies on the adjustment of learning motivation of high school music candidates.With the increasing number of art candidates and the emergence of many problems in art candidates' learning,it is particularly important to optimize the learning motivation of art candidates.Therefore,according to the problems found in practical teaching,the author randomly selected 100 music art candidates from three high schools in Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province,as the subjects of the survey.So,in this questions reflected in the questionnaire results were analyzed according to the relevant theories of learning motivation,and the suggestion was made to help the music art candidates in high schools learn.Adjustment strategies for achieving good motivation.It is found that music examinees' recognition of their professional level,their ability to reflect on and evaluate music subjects,and the correctness and error of attribution methods will restrict their further development of academic level.Therefore,the importance of adjusting their learning motivation is self-evident.This article is divided into five chapters,the first part is the introduction,including the origin of the topic,research significance and other parts of the research and combing;the second part is the elaboration of research methods;the third part is the survey of the student of high school music and art candidates study;the fourth part of the relevant motivation theory to elaborate on learning The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to adjust the learning motivation of music majors in high schools.
