Composition is manifestation of the integrating function of the storage of personal knowledge, thinking and emotion, aptitude, as well as language. And the composition level is the embodiment of one's whole integrating language abilities. Correspondingly, composition teaching plays a significant part in language teaching, which should be laid stress on. However, our senior Chinese composition teaching is a weak link in senior Chinese language teaching, for it has not get rid of the fetters of the traditional composition teaching.
