In view of the mode of composition and the drawbacks of teaching of composition of the current township high schools'students, the author believe that students should be established in writing in the dominant position of teaching, writing in the promotion of students in the full display of self-personality, thereby enhancing the ability of students writing at the same time develop there personality and creativity. According to this line of thought, I try to explore a solution to the current composition of the model concepts and methods of teaching writing in this paper, i.e., personalized teaching strategy.This paper has three chapters.Chapter 1 judging from the current situation of the Teaching of composition in township high schools, descriptive analyzes the current status of Teaching of composition, and the fundamental reason for the lack of personality in students'compositions, and explains the purpose of this study was, and explains the purpose, theoretical and practical significance.Chapter 2 theoretically studies the personality of the Teaching of composition in the theory. Including the theoretical basis of this study and related concepts defined.Chapter 3 mainly discusses the composition teaching personality of the implementation strategy from three aspects, namely brings up the students'interests, transfers the enthusiasm of writing; encourages students to write their true feelings, to actually write; culture student's individuality and the innovative ideology.The individuality, the personalized composition and the personalized composition teaching is a complete organism, in the practice of teaching, we must strive to make them harmonize. The topic comes from the practice in the course of township high schools, in the practice of teaching will develop, and constantly enrich and constantly improve.
