Let the student gradually form the good individuality and the perfect personality should be the final home of language teaching to return to. Regardless of our traditional language teaching from system and so on macroscopic stratification plane, in the curriculum and so on the microscopic stratification plane, all exists neglects the student individuality development, suppresses the student creativity display and so on not to favor the student full scale development. This article is based on the comprehensive language curriculum reform context, the recognition of students personality differences, focusing on the development of the students personality differences through to the students personality differences adaptation, nursing and use probe for differences in student characteristics and development needs of teaching strategies for students from the following seven aspects: the shaping of Chinese language teachers' personalities, the individuation of students' studying, the administrative levels of practicing teaching, the individuation of disposing teaching materials, the optimization of the forms of organizing teaching, the extending of teaching contents into real life and the individuation of assessing manner to implement differentiated instruction, and promote the healthy development of individuals, a better grasp of language teaching law, reinstate the original due role in promoting their own language education reforms, improve the quality of language teaching.
