To Build The Model And The Feasibility Of The Management Of Colleges And Universities High-level Volleyball Team

The organizational model of high-level volleyball team and the problems derivingfrom it are the main factors that influence the persistent development of high-levelvolleyball team in Chinese college and university. They are also unfavorable to theimprovement of athletics level of CUBA. In order to research and analyze the status quoand the existent problems of our colleges and universities high volleyball team,construct a new organizational model, and then establish the feasibility of a neworganizational model, the author used the means of documentation, expert interview,questionnaire investigation, logic verification, statistic, investigated 14 volleyball teamsin Chinese college and university, and visited many renowned volleyball experts,coaches and athletes in sports training school. The author also combined theories suchas the training of sports, the management of sports, the sociology of sports, theeducation of sports, the election scholarship of sports, the school sports and otherrelated theory. The study provided some new ideas and concepts for our volleyball ofcolleges and universities, and provided a theoretical reference for our colleges anduniversities volleyball campaign, for Cuva sustainable development and the reform ofschool.Build a management model for high volleyball team of colleges and universities: (1)the internal environmental management: the management of organizational structuresystem, the management of athletes, coaches, the management of the forms running theteam, the management of the financing sources, etc;(2) the external environmentmanagement: 1, Strengthen the organization and management, the standardizedoperation of high volleyball sports teams of colleges and universities; 2, operate Cuvatournament system; 3, turn institutional sports teams to high volleyball clubs; 4,commercialization, marketization and socialized roads.The feasibility of constructing a management model of high volleyball team incolleges and universities: (a) theoretical basis: 1, the approach of "win the championship" ask for athletes not only have a high level of professionalism, but havestronger backgrounds; 2, the cycle laws of trainning talent athletes in colleges anduniversities is conformity to the age structure of athletes; 3, colleges and universitieshave a strong culture of high quality teachers and strong research capability strength;4, colleges and universities with advanced equipment and facilities of the stadiums; 5,it promote the atmosphere formation of volleyball teams in colleges and universities,expand volleyball market and the social impact. (b) Practice authority: (1) thevolleyball development of the domestic institutions facing the good situation:1,Chinese women's volleyball championships in 2004 Athens Olympics and 2008Olympic Games brought the opportunity for colleges and universities volleyball; 2, theexpansion of volleyball league improve the enthusiasm for high volleyball sports teams;3, the University sports associations officially take over the right of organizations in TheUniversiade enhanced the dynamic of colleges and universities to build volleyball team.(2) successful cases in domestic and foreign colleges and universities: 1.NCAAsuccessful case; 2. the successful case of CUBA and CUFA; 3. the successful caseanalysis of the men's volleyball team of Beihang, Fudan universities and the women'svolleyball team of Nankai; 4. the successful cases of "Mayaohan" sports classes and thepatterns of diving teams in Qinghua University.Through analysis of this study, reached the following conclusions and advises: Inthe past nearly 20 years, Colleges and universities athletic volleyball level campaign hasachieved substantial progress, but our colleges and universities high volleyball teamsMovement system is still facing many problems, these difficulties largely restricted thedevelopment of the volleyball of colleges and universities. Therefore, in order to madethe pace of colleges and universities running high volleyball campaign with the nationalteam as soon as possible, and make it become the main form of reserve personneltraining for our country, I recommended colleges and universities should furtherstrengthen leadership and management, give full play to the role of university sports associations, reform the entrance system, expand the enrolment channels, handle therelationship between learning and training, increasing competition opportunities, andenhance the quality of training. In addition, coaches training system should beestablished, and enhance coaches operational level further.
