Volleyball, back in the eighties is motivating and inspiring movement of the Chinese nation. High intensity volleyball athletes decide to compete confrontational, but the most critical technical volleyball is spiking technique. Thus, volleyball spike technology is the core technology. Currently, core strength training method is also relatively new, is one of the unique strength training tool, it was valued by the sports sector in many countries. Since domestic research on core strength theory relatively late, theoretical and practical research domestic core strength training methods not yet fully mature, and its training methods compared with traditional physical training methods, the effect of their access remains highly controversial.In this paper, literature, expert interviews, mathematical statistics, track records law. In July 2014 to 12 September to study subjects were core strength training for three months. Personally involved in the entire study, Hunan Normal University volleyball athletes use core strength training methods, means and methods of strength of core strength training before and after a detailed monitoring and recording, and these data are compiled and analyzed.The article on the effect of physical training volleyball players and training content and summarized the following conclusions:1. by testing, data collection of core strength training fitness data compared to traditional strength training data has a certain rise; comparison in terms of power quality, core strength training than traditional strength training is better.2. In the selection of the training methods and means, can contribute to the study and practice of theory is more mature foreign countries learn from the experience.
