There is great importance in teacher professional development. The new curriculum reform has raised new requirements for teachers' teaching notion, behavior and ways of teaching. Thus, to improve the teachers' specialization is pivotal for carrying out the curriculum reform successfully.Teaching in classroom is the main field for novice teacher to advance their specialty. Reflective teaching has become a key point of education in the world since the 80s. It has yielded profound influence on the teacher professional development, and has turned into an important way of stuff specialization. So reflecting on ones own teaching in classroom can effectively facilitate his professional development, which has been proved to be a meaningful project in the background of worldwide teacher education.First, the thesis introduced briefly the summary of classroom teaching evaluation work and the computer software for teacher professional development inland and abroad. Then, through literature search, expert interview and questionnaire, the physics classroom teaching analysis system was built with favorable credibility and efficiency.Compared with the existing computer software for teacher professional development, the physics classroom teaching analysis system has built a new classroom teaching evaluation index system and developed a new way of promoting stuff specialization by reflective teaching. Diagnosis evaluation was employed to supplement the quantitative evaluation, which exposed the users to a fuller understanding of their advantage and weakness in teaching.
