Firstly, the paper discussed the theory and realization technology and method from technology angle, which support teacher creating new game situations according to student's studying character. The mainly content includes: the realization method of the teacher's game-edit tool, the using method of teacher's tool, the method of message transfer between teacher's tool and situated learning system and the description mode of the situation created by teacher. The key technology includes: how to create dynamic situation, how to watch the situation of student client real-time and the synchronization between the student's client and teacher's client etc..Secondly, the paper from the teaching applied angle, present the role and function of the teacher in the whole process of the situated learning, the identify degree students to the situation created by teacher and the study scheme and study data, by analysis of the students study effect. The result according to the ethnography observing study of the teaching experiment acted in a elementary school in Beijing based the situated learning system and the teacher's tool, which author myself took part in.In the paper the following conclusions are made: firstly, design situated learning situation with good structure can play the teacher's leading role. Secondly, teacher use the teacher's tool in the situated learning system can create situation more convenient, thirdly, from the curriculum ecology angle, the tool can regenerate the learning resources.
