Anthropological Thinking Of The Marriage Status Of Urban Grassroots Officers

Marriage of serviceman is not only an old and mysterious word but also a practical and distinctive topic. Modern serviceman, especially those front-line officers who seeped into metropolis culture and experienced metropolis smell, their happiness and harmony of marriage and family will inevitably influence stability of the inner order of the army, condense of the combat capacity, smoothness of relationship between the army and people, harmony of metropolis society, especially political, material and intellectual civilization construction of armed forces and local area. The dissertation inquires into these questions involved love and marriage of metropolis primary officers in order to provide some inspire on formulating and adopting related measures of army and local government.Marriage and family is an essential part of the anthropological studying. However, owing to restriction of all kinds of conditions, anthropology seldom set foot in serviceman group, especially metropolis primary officers. In this dissertation, anthropological theory and researching methods are utilized to elaborate history changes, contemporary features and development tendency of Chinese serviceman's marriage and family. Take certain regiment stationed in Beijing for example, the dissertation discusses present conditions of metropolis primary officers and mutual relationship and effect between army and local society. The marriage and family of the metropolis primary officers have three peculiarities: less superiority in selecting spouse increasingly localized in local area and poor life state. Moreover, the dissertation emphasized mutual effect existing army and local society and marriage and family problem of metropolis primary officers. In last chapter, due to limited ability and length of writing, the dissertation raises three questions: metropolis primary officer's marriage quality, urbanization and social position and treatment. Among theirs, the first question is an inevitable part of metropolis primary officer's marriage and family research, the second question is one of the important subjects of the metropolis anthropology, and the last question is the purpose and center that the dissertation wants to express.
