The reconstruction of social identity is one of the most concerned problems in academia, and it is also a closely-related question towards social individuals development. Especially in the process of social never-end change, the mechanism of social flow is getting more and more impartial, rational and open, which provides a wider flow way for social individuals. Diversification flow mode provides abundant material and research drive for our academic research. This thesis makes all the staff in ownership unit A to be its research object. It mainly touches on their career change, from which to discuss how their social identity reconstructed and how they look on this reconstruction from a social, self and each-other angle, then the social support net and corresponding difficulties, at last bring forward author's analysis, suggestions and ways-out.In practice, this thesis begins from staff's career change in unit. In enterprise system change, and put its concern on how these people changes from "unit people" to "market people" to realize their career change. In this way, they reconstruct their social identity. Other problems in their reconstruction of social identity, such as capital, technical, social capital and genders, are also concerned. From all the above things related, this thesis provides the possibility to salve all these problems from several angles as follows: concerning identity reconstruction of different types people's career change, concerning people's flow both up and down, and its influence on social structure. In a word, it discusses their meaning to people themselves and to social development and economic advance.
