Contemporary rural migration of China is one of the most important social-economic phenomena, which caused too much research such as economics, demography, sociology, etc. The article explores it, using theory of structuration of Athony Giddens, especially impact of countryside social structure about rural migration.The research chooses Bei Village in Long county of Gansu province as a sample and adopts method of field work of anthropology and sociology. Under the conditions of current social system, the paper thinks that rural migration with their knowledgeability act continually before the rules and resources, routinization practice in time and space extended, which create their reality, the same time do social structure too. On the contrary, change of social structure become unconsciousness conditions of their further action. Meanwhile, action of uncounted rural migration produced rules and resources, structural properties with a large scale collectivization, which caused change of social structure. Based on realization of duality of structuration and combined properties with Chinese social system, the author constructs a ideal type which unintended impact of rural migration on countryside social structure through field work of Bei Village.
