February 26 , 2004, Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issues "several opinions about strengthening and improving minor's construction of morals and thought" , which prove the importance and urgency about strengthening and improving minor' s thought morals educational work at present. Contemporary minors were born on the later stage of the eighties of the 20th century, grow up in transformation period of society, they have the characteristics that different from with the adult, but also there has impression about current era on them. However, the traditional minor's thought moral education loses contact with reality, ignores minors' particularity, which can't already meet the contemporary minors' needs. Thus the present thought morals educational work must pay attention to and hold minors' particularity, launch pointed education on this basis.This text regards the minors' particularity as the basic point, probes into minor' s special requirement for education of the thought, then researches the particularity of minor' s thought moral education on this basis and how to construct the work pattern which meet minor's thought moral education. The text has three parts: firstly, expound the particularity about the minor' s grow,need and special requirement for the moral education; secondly, mainly talk about the special principles, the characteristic and special way of minor' s thought moral education, thirdly, talk about how to construct the work pattern to meet the minor's thought moral education from the goal, environment, content, approach, troop construction, appraise system and social supervise of the minor' s thought moral education.
