Case Study On Judicial Social Work Intervening In The Education And Assistance Of Minor Inmates In The Community

In recent years,the incidence of minor delinquency is frequent,and it has been characterized by low age,group and intellectualization.Due to minors are different from adults in such aspects as personality,cognition,emotion and will,it has become the consensus of all sectors of society and has been received the attention of the government to strengthen the education reform and assistance to minor inmates in the community,and it will help them return to society.Judicial social work is the application of social work in the judicial field,it aims to help the problem group and applies professional power to judicial work,it is an effective way to intervene in the education and assistance of minor inmates in the community.This study is based on the collation of relevant documents related to "judicial social work" and " minor inmates in the community",the author finds that experts and scholars have focused more on " prison correction " and "community correction" in the field of minor crime,however,there are relatively few literatures on judicial social work.As a student of social work,the author is interested in the life condition and mental state of minor inmates in the community,so the author decided to study the focus of judicial social work's education assistance to minor inmates in the community.The author takes the perspective of judicial social work to write,and justice social worker intervenes in the education and assistance of minor inmates in the community by volunteering.This paper adopts literature method,action research method and interview method to study,and it will analyze and discuss the job of judicial social workers' education assistance to minor inmates in the community by using dominant view theory and social ecosystem theory.It shows that how the judicial social work intervene in the education and assistance,and we will find out the insufficiency and carry on the reflection.
