School Education To Protect The Right Of Pupils Personality Research

My paper is focused on how to protect the pupil's personality right in the school education. With the aid of research background of the pedagogy, educational law, I try to discover the relationship between the school education and the protection of pupil's personality right, and I consider that there is mutual and reinforcing relationship between them. Because the aim of school education is becoming "a person", and the classical beliefs in education include democracy, respect, and love, and the personality right includes personal freedom, integrity, independence and dignity. Based on the educational significance of the protection of personality right in school, I analyze the present situation of personality right in primary school from three aspects, and think that the pupil's personality right has an important status in the legislation, but it is unoptimistic in the practice of school education and the judicial relief when carried out to the reality. Finally I discuss the protection way of school education to achieve final pursue from three angles, which are humanization school management system, the teacher's teaching and the pupil's helping himself.
