The Study Of Improving Father's Education From Pupils-W Primary School Of Laiwu As Example

Father's education has irreplaceable value for the healthy growth of children.But in real life,because of the influence of fathers themselves,family,society and the government etc,for a long time in the past,it should get more attention.In recent years,father absence caused many problems which attract more and more attention from all sectors of society.The return of father 's education expresses the wishes of the people.The study takes pupils of W primary school from Laiwu city as respondent,a nalyzing the situation of father involvement from father's perspective.The thesis ba sed on relevant literature,using the document method,questionnaire and interview s urvey,attempting to combine qualitative and quantitative analysis,then making a res earch on attitude,way,level and influence factors etc.The results show that fathers have correct understanding for themselves and significance of father involvement,fathers are willing to attend relevant training courses.But in real life,mother is the main caregiver,the time of father involvement lags far behind mother,having big difference between thought and behavior; the contents of father involvement have structural defect;the best is for education activity ,the worst is for daily care activities.From what discussed above,the follow questions need to be solved.The time of father involvement is not enough;structural defect is serious,its very different between thought and behavior;the thought of father involvement lags behind the reality;the absence of government,social support is not enough.Finally,discussing the questions and revealing the reasons,then analyzing which influence the father's education,at last,proposing some count-measures and some suggestions based on father themselves,families and the government,in order to improve and enhance father's education.The new idea of the study is which make pupil's fathers as the object of study only,checking and finding that relevant document literature is less.Most of the existing studies is about the father involvement of infants,preschool children,childhood,or father's education has effects on development of pupils and any concrete aspect,such as the developmen of gender role,mental health.Because of objective condition,limited theoretical knowledge and recent research level,there is a long way to go in this study.
