With the development of science and technology, society became an informational society. In the informational society, informational education will play more important roles in the future society. At present information and technology's teaching is a main context in the informational education. So the information technology's subject are faced the biggest challenge. At first I introduce the development of the informational education and the development of the informational education in other countries. Then based on the present, I carry out the problem in the teaching in information technology's subject. Following these, introduce the context of the theory of schema, especially introduce one of these applicants. It is called concept map. The concept map can be used well in the teaching of the information technology's subject, and with the rapid process of information technology, it become possible.Based on these mentioned above there and considered the feature of the concept map , I carry out four concept map's models for teaching in the information technology's subject.. In order to show these models' affection ,I do some researches. After these researches being done, we can see students can improve their feeling in the information technology's subject, we can see students can improve their achievements in the information technology's subject , we can see students can improve their information accomplishment.
