The essence of intelligence is the logical beginning of intellect psychology research. For a long time, the researchers have been focusing on what the inbeing is and how to evaluate the intellect differences between individuals. During a hundred years, psychologists have made many theories in this area. However, before the 1980s, this area was predominated by traditional theories. Affected by the traditional intelligence researches, the short points of the current senior high school education evidently represent as follows: the course pays too much attention on knowledge teaching; it emphasizes the course basis; it involves too many subjects but lacks combination; its content is too complicated, difficult, partial, old, and cannot reflect the modern technology and development of the society; it pays too much attention to the book knowledge and escaped from students' experiences and society actual; its implement emphasizes the study and mechanical memorizing and exercising; its evaluation emphasizes discriminating and selecting, however that is not good for students' all-around development and personality development; its management is too concentrated, and can't be adapted for different place, different school, and students' different demands. This paper is based on Robert. J. Sternberg Triarchic's theory of Intelligence and theory of Successful Intelligence, combining insight model, concept projection model, automatization of information processing model with model of Triarchic Instruction and Assessment (TIA) . The model emphases the development of the students' ananlysis intelligence, practical intelligence and creativity intelligence as well. Directed by this model, I developed my own thinking as to magnetic field, energy leve land exercises of alternating current by means of talking, commenting and keeping tracks of the change of the students' improvement. Attempting to introduce a new model and method in physics teaching in senior middle school: model of Triarchic Instruction and Assessment.
