In 1996,Sternberg puts forward the theory of successful intelligence.The idea of education advocated by the theory is very consistent with the core ideas of the new curriculum reform.In the wave of physics curriculum reform in junior middle school,we can use the theory of successful intelligence to improve the teaching effect.This study,guided by the theory of successful intelligence,investigates the development of analytical intelligence,practical intelligence and creative intelligence of junior high school students.On the basis of this,the interests of students' learning physics and the teaching methods of teachers are interviewed.According to the questionnaire and interview results,as well as the summary of the author's educational practice,under the guidance of Sternberg's theory of successful intelligence,the teaching strategy is put forward.And the elementary exploration of the theory and practice of Physics Teaching in junior middle school is carried out.This article is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the theoretical basis of the study.It expounds the background,basis,specific content and main points of Sternberg's theory of successful intelligence,and analyses the guiding significance of the theory of successful intelligence to the teaching of physics in junior high school.The second part is the investigation of the status of the junior middle school students' successful intelligence.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the intelligence distribution of some junior middle school students in Shanghai area.And the results were analyzed by holistic analysis and difference analysis.In the process of internship,the author compiled a questionnaire based on the theory of successful intelligence,and interviewed the students' interest in learning physics and the main teaching methods of the teachers.And a certain exposition is carried out.The third part is the exploration of junior middle school physics teaching strategies under the guidance of the successful intelligence theory.It based on the questionnaire and interview results,based on the theory of successful intelligence,combined with the current situation of education and teaching in the region and the author's teaching practice experience.Under the guidance of the theory of successful intelligence,it based on the analytical ability,practical ability and creative ability.The strategy of multimedia animation,The students' experiment strategy,the theory linking the practical strategy and the strategy of introducing the history of physics are put forward.The strategies can improve students' interest in learning physics,andpromote students' knowledge of physics,so as to achieve the role of optimizing physics teaching.The fourth part is the research part of the teaching practice.Based on Sternberg's theory of successful intelligence,it combined with the corresponding teaching design and the actual situation of junior high school teaching.The teaching practice was carried out in a public junior high school in Shanghai.The results show that the teaching strategy guided by the successful intelligence theory is effective,and can achieve good teaching results.The innovation of the study is that the successful intelligence theory has been increasing year by year,but the total number is less.There are only three physics subjects,and most of them are theoretically studied.The innovation of this paper is to find out the problems in physics teaching through questionnaire and interview.Based on the analytical and creative ability and practical ability closely related to the physics course.Combined with the characteristics of junior middle school students' intelligence structure and physical and mental development,we develop appropriate teaching strategies.Emphasis should be placed on training students' practical and creative abilities.It can Improve students' interest in learning physics,promote the overall development of students,and improve students' achievements,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing physics teaching.At the same time,it hopes to provide a valuable reference for the majority of physics teachers.
