Administration of Moral Education in rural high schools around the suburban area is being discussed within, of which the current situation is regarded as lack of awareness of the importance and targets of moral education and apt enthusiasm of taking it into effect forwardly and schedularly. and needs more investment and more accurate estimate. The impact of the moral education comes from western-ward attitude of learning style, IT products, society trends, family circumstances, and requirement of students The reasons of low efficacy being discussed are fundamental thoughts of solely academic-orient education, educating object of over-focus upon bad behaviour or the individuals who ever did it, unachievable merit standard, educative extension and matter of traditional style vs. dynamic style, educative ways of compulsory means and self motivated means, and moral evaluation of one-way type vs. I-do-not-care type.. Infrastructural principles must be more result-orient, human respected, open minded, practical, covering each aspects and individuals with clear targets and lasting for a quite long period of time. The solution of doing impressive moral education might be composed of all categories of this educative branch including thoughts, arrangement, purpose, content, methods, procedure, estimate, teachers and circumstance, etc.
