With the rapid development of society and economy in our country, the needs for talented persons have been variously changed. In order to meet the needs and follow the worldwide orientation of educational development and reform, Integrated Senior High School (ISHS) has been created as a new model of running schools in many Vocational Senior Schools. Developing ISHS is not only good for advancing the quality of Vocational Education and slowing down the pressures of Fundamental Education for the students try to enter the higher schools, also good for facilitating the training of students' fundamental competences, enhancing their integrated diathesis and developing their personalities. Strengthening the study on the EMM in ISHS and seeking the efficient and appropriate methods for ISHS could make ISHS realize the objectives of moral education, complete the task training new kinds of talented person, and develop smoothly and healthily. This dissertation is trying to apply Ethnics, Psychology, Pedagogy and the Methodology of Moraiity &Politics Education to the teaching practice and the research. Based on the author's teaching practice, the dissertation has analyzed the actuality of ISHS and explored the reasons why the actuality has been caused. By combing the actuality of Moral Education and the construction of EMM, the author has been advancing her own ideas. This dissertation contains four chapters:Chapter 1 is about the significance and meaning of the construction of EMM in ISHS. The author has been explaining what is ISHS, what is EMM, and what is EMM in ISHS, also introducing the particularity of ISHS, the function of the EMM and the significance of constructing the EMM in ISHS, which has laid a theoretic foundation for this thesis.Chapter 2 is about the actual analysis of the construction of EMM in ISHS. In thispart ,the author has confirmed the achievements constructing the EMM in ISHS from five aspects like the foundation of the theoretic system of Moral Education in ISHS, the standardization of morality course, etc. also analyzed the problems appeared during the construction of the EMM in ISHS from four aspects like the weakness of levels about moral objectives, the gaps between morality education contents and students' realities, etc.. The author has found that the problems are mainly about the incorrect orientation of morality objectives, the lack of practice in Moral Education, the particularity of Moral Educational objects and weakness of researching strength.Chapter3 is about the principles constructing the EMM in ISHS. This part has been mainly focused four principles such as insisting on the requirements of socialism Moral Education, particularity and colligation, development of students' personality and student-centered principle, focusing on practice, good ordering principle, which can assure the study constructing the EMM in ISHS is efficient and scientific.Chapter 4 focuses on optimizing the construction of EMM. According to the actuality constructing the EMM in ISHS, the author has been optimizing the construction of the elements of EMM in ISHS from five aspects like optimizing the ideas of Moral Education, the consummation of Moral Education's contents, the changes of Moral Education's approaches, the construction of Moral Education's environment and the consummation of Moral Education's evaluation system so as to optimize the EMM in ISHS and enhance the effect of moral education in ISHS.
