This research is based on the case study of the school-based curriculum development item in the three place of Xishuangbanna , Lijiang and Diqing, and according to the investigation for the combination of spreading the ethnic traditional culture and school education in the view of educational anthropology. Based on documents and reference data, this thesis carries out a systemic study and case analyses on the above-mentioned combination with depth interviews and field notes, according to the culture inheritance foundation of education and theory of multicultural education.What the research has found that the above combination in Yunnan presently faces these difficulties that are: folkway and culture lost original culture meaning; and acculturation is appeared in the new background, etc.. The traditional culture should combine with the modern main current culture, and the considerations and suggestions that may be applied are: bilingual education; multicultural education; ethnical identity education; ethnic art education; community education; school-based curriculum.Education for ethnic minorities is neither mess media nor folkway education. We should combine the culture inheritance of ethnic with school education in order to face the challenge of reality.
