In the development of modern education,the state has paid more and more attention to the development of education in ethnic areas.In recent years,the issue of national culture and education has continually attracted the attention and research of scholars,and a series of research results have emerged,laying a foundation for the study of national cultural education by scholars.This paper takes the principal of the T-school of Zhijin County,Bijie City,Guizhou Province as the research object,and combines the theories of ethnology,education,ethnic education and educational anthropology to study the T from the perspective of the life history of the principal of T School(2008-2018)The situation of national culture entering the campus,with “the eyes of the other” trying to analyze how teachers play their role in the national cultural education,and finally analyze and think about the problems existing in the national cultural education of primary schools.T is located in a natural village of Miao with a profound cultural heritage,and is constantly developing in the rich Miao culture.T School was founded by President Cai,from the original elementary school to a complete elementary school with national cultural characteristics.Whether it is the growth of teachers or the increase in the number of students,it has condensed the hard work and hard work of President Cai.Born in the life of the student,Master Cai,who was born here growing here,has also honed his strong will.Therefore,after the book of dreams was shattered,he redefines his life and decides to change everything through his own actions.He began his educational career,started a new life journey,and silently paid and contributed during the difficult school journey.At the same time,heconstantly felt in education and deeply realized the value of national culture in primary education,which prompted him to think about how to protect and inherit national culture.In the post of education,President Cai's greatest hope is to let the children in the mountains grow up with happiness and dignity.This requires children to fundamentally understand their own culture,affirm their own culture,find cultural awareness,and enhance cultural self-confidence.Therefore,President Cai integrated the national culture into the campus.By creating a campus cultural environment and enriching the content of classroom teaching,the children learned and grew happily in a rich cultural atmosphere,and the school gradually formed a positive trend.The development of any thing is not smooth sailing.In the process of national culture education,President Cai is often worried about the problems existing in reality.However,the responsibility and responsibility of national culture education has kept him from forgetting his heart and persisting in his efforts to realize his dream.As a researcher,the author thinks about the national culture education of primary schools from the perspective of guest position.Ethnic culture education is a large and complex systematic project.It is restricted by various factors such as educational purposes,social needs,policy guarantees,etc.To promote the sustainable and effective development of national cultural education,it requires national government,society and schools.At the same level,find the source of national cultural education.
