At present, the secondary school education of our country still takes exam-oriented education as the core. Though some areas and schools try in transforming from " exam-oriented education " into " quality-oriented education " boldly some, but most schools are still carrying on the exam-oriented education under college entrance examination and high school entrance examination baton. This kind has inhibited development of students' creativity and forming of individual character of the creation seriously by way of entering a higher school for the education of the purpose. This kind is by the high school entrance examination or college entrance examination performance evaluation school, the school is by the high school entrance examination or college entrance examination performance evaluation teacher, enable the teacher and strengthen the exam-oriented education consciously. The key of stepping this vicious circle is to set up pluralism and flexible and effective new appraisal system. Through reforming and innovating and appraising way and method, can lead teacher and student to transfer the goal trained to to pay attention to student's ability, thus realize the transition from exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education.It is the independent thinking of inspiring students that the lesson changes to court, maximum cultivation students' creativity, and solve the ability of the problem independently.
