As a foreign language, English is compulsory course in the stage of basic education to meet the need of information and learning society and the need of China's construction of socialist modernization. Since the autumn of 2001, English curriculum developed broadly and become an important subject following Chinese and mathematics in primary school. The primary school English teachers found it is difficult to teach English in the five-year teaching practice and there is serious divisive situation in English results currently.After surveying different examination results in several schools with a statistical standard: root-mean-square error and typical coefficient, I found that English coefficient is larger than Chinese coefficient in Primary subjects. Through the statistician of a class'terminal achievements for four years, It was found that division of primary English is becoming more and more serious and the differentiation is becoming larger with grade's growing.In view of these differences, Teachers and students with some questionnaires was surveyed a series of analyses about division of students'results was carried from internal and external cause.
