The paper is divided into five parts to study the morality of rewards andpunishment means of elementary school moral education, concrete can be summarizedas follows:The first part: foreword.Account of the issues raised background, literaturereview, research objectives, methods and innovation.Meanwhile, in the part of issuesraised,some of the basic concepts that reward and punishment and morality in thisarticle are defined,then explained the significance of this paper.Literature review part,mainly from the morality of moral education, moral desert study, general educationsituation of disciplinary research three aspects related academic literature review.Whereafter,doing a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the research status ofmoral education by means of rewards and punishments and weak zone.The second part: the inner link of school moral education and rewards andpunishment means morality.The "morality" which in the foreword is a general sense ofthe moral concept definition, this section is specific to made moral discussion on themorality of school moral education, Then around the topic center which, the schoolmoral education need rewards and punishment method, and the actual moral in thecourse of education is not necessarily reasonable rewards and punishments, notnecessarily to serve moral education, morality is the most fundamental reason of theexistence of moral education rewards and punishment method to research the internalrelations between the school moral education and the morality of rewards andpunishment means.The third part: the morality contrast between rewards and punishment method inthe general education situation and which in the moral education situation.This articledivides the education scene into general education and moral education.Generaleducation situation is given priority to the teaching of knowledge skills,but Moraleducation situation is given priority to moral cultivation.first through actual investigation and analysis to determine: in the process of practical education,distinguish between two scenarios does not exist, therefore, There is little difference inthe use of rewards and punishments in two kinds of situations. From the courseapplication type, moral level and target results three kinds of angles, this article madeanalysis and comparison of rewards and punishment method’s morality in two kinds ofeducation situation.At last,Using the difference between the two kinds of educationsituations to point the fact that rewards and punishments of general education situationcan not be blindly applied in the moral education situation.The fourth part: the morality of different types of moral education rewards andpunishments.This chapter divided the specific case of moral education collected intofour types, and each type do the corresponding moral analysis, from utilitarian, fromfreedom,from emotion, from a moral, which are reasons for four different types ofrewards and punishments. in the process of practical education, these reasons occupydifferent proportion as well as the supporting theory behind the behavior. This papermade a concrete analysis for above content with a entirely chapter.The fifth part: conclusion and revelation.This part make a simple summary forthe views and expectations of this paper, I hope to attract educators moral thinkingabout the means of rewards and punishments, and put forward some inspiration andsuggestions on the basis of the full text research, expect to be able to make our moralrewards and punishments to gradually tend to rationalize, to promote our moraleducation depends on the way of moral education and gradually become a real moralcareer.
