As a teaching pattem,Open-ended mathematical problems can help to develop students' innovation and creativity. It plays a key role in facilitating students' improvement, and is becoming the focus of the international mathematics-teaching circle. As the adapting of our quality education, Open-ended problems are appearing in the textbooks and examinations. We advocate the Open-ended mathematical problems to break the domination of the Close Exercises, to compensate the defects of the close practicing. In this paper, it is mainly exploring and studying some effective teaching strategies, to combine the "innovative education" and "dual-basic education" together in the mathematic classroom teaching activities.This paper consists of six parts:Part 1,basing on the existing problems in China Math Education, suggest to taking advantage of the Open-ended mathematical problems, to conform to the transformation of the new courses and develop innovative talents. Part 2, generalize the study of experts and scholars around the world of the Open-ended mathematical problems. Part 3,the theoretical study on the Open-ended mathematical problems, including its basic conception and notion. Part 4,through testing the junior high school Open-ended mathematical problems, analyzing the attitudes of students and teachers to the open exercises, and investigating its implementation, it is concluded that: now the junior high school Open-ended mathematical problems teaching is just beginning, and there are lots of difficulties and obstructions to widely implement open teaching activities. Part 5,explore some effective classroom teaching strategies about the Open-ended mathematical problems. Bring up the teaching goal, materials and principles to follow; according to the features and practical experiences of the Open-ended mathematical problems, explore and study the real open exercise classroom teaching strategies. Part 6,applying the teaching goal and related strategies design and deploy practical teaching samples; analyze the classroom teaching effects and do students survey after class to get timely feedback.It is proved that the implementation advices and strategies on Open-ended mathematical...
