Educational justic, as is known to all, is indispensable in our daily life. Without it, the harmonious society is hard to realize and consequently the rights and duties of citizens seem impossible to be assured. At present, for various kinds of reasons, education in our country is far from equal which destroys the fundamental rights of citizens and sets a barrier to the development of a harmonious society. Educational equality becomes the focus of all people.The paper tries to analyze the theory and present circumstance of educational equality from ethics' perspective, attempting to probe the ways of realization of educational equality in our country. The structure and content are as follows:Chapter one: the introduction of educational justic. It generalized the theories and historical development of educational equality beginning with fundamentals and concept of educational justic. As same as other justic problems, educational justic undoubtedly lies in assigned equality of rights and duties, thus paving ways for the concept of educational justic,which include the complete equality of fundamental educational rights, the reasonable proportion of non-fundamental rights, the equality of educational opportunity and the compensation for education.Chapter two: perspective of educational justic in transformation period. It deeply explores the present circumstance of and various reasons for educational justic. The present educational justic embodies in for farts: disadvantaged groups prejudiced in educational rights; the lack and misbalance in resource allocation; the privilege of educational opportunity and the grade managing of schools. In this chapter, the reasons of educational justic are also analyzed based on the present circumstance of Chinese society, which reflect as follows: misbalance in resource possession in transformation period; extreme of present educational policy; the universal existence of educational corruption and the backwardness of charity on education.Chapter three: the ways of realizing educational justic in our country. Drawing lessons from educational developed countries and basing on the present circumstance of china, I find out three ways of the realization of educational justic. They are: In the value domain establishment education justic principle, consummates the education safeguard mechanism in the systemdomain as well as strengthens the maintenance education justic folkstrength in the social public welfare domain. In the value domain, theeducation goal establishment and in theeducation process educates themain body the behavior criterion take fairly as the basic value demandis the education justic value principle establishment direction; In thesystem aspect, three levels of educations, thecity and countryside as well as the region the education fundsinvestment and other resources dispositions equilibriumming are the fair most important guarantees, should manifest according toproportion principle of equality, according to the our country currentactual problem formulation promotion education equal opportunitycommunity policy is the need which transforms along with the reformingtime society but the continual readjustment, but disadvantaged groups educates compensates the institution is the system innovation and thereform which our country at present is urgent needs to carry on,finally, but also should establish, the perfect education policy fairappraisal system, to educates the policy is whether advantageous tothe fair value goal carries on the effect monitor and the appraisal,This is the government undertakes the promotion education fairfunction importantly to manifest; In the social public welfare domain,strengthens the maintenance education fair folk strength, through theperfect education philanthropy organization and the movementmechanism, opens up method and so on channel which contributes moneyassists students to educates the fair system safeguardto carry on thessential supplement.
