Educational justic, as is known to all, is indispensable in our daily life. Without it, the harmonious society is hard to realize and consequently the rights and duties of citizens seem impossible to be assured. At present, for various kinds of reasons, education in our country is far from equal which destroys the fundamental rights of citizens and sets a barrier to the development of a harmonious society. Educational equality becomes the focus of all people.The paper tries to analyze the theory and present circumstance of educational equality from sociological and ethics' perspective, attempting to probe the ways of realization of educational equality in our country. The structure and content are as follows:Chapter one: the introduction of educational justic. It generalized the theories and historical development of educational equality beginning with fundamentals and concept of educational justic.Chapter two: perspective of educational justic in transformation period. The first,it deeply explores the present circumstance of and various reasons for educational justic from ethics' perspective. Then, this text to educate the sociology analysis that unjust phenomenon make to include following few parts: The first part is the social network analysis,Not only involved the rural education unfair question, Also talked about the education problem of corruption. The second part is the institution analysis, In the official institution analysis,mainly from the educational institution transformation,the educational institution design and the household register institution three angles analyzes the education unfairly.Chapter three: the ways of realizing educational justic in our country. In the value domain, theeducation goal establishment and in the education process educates themain body the behavior criterion take fairly as the basic value demandis the education justic value principle establishment direction; In the social network aspect,one is must consolidate the social network interior the center of resistance, two,outside enhancement network openness; In the institution aspect, the promotion education resources disposition rationalization,is balanced;Reform education expense institution;The education selects the standard to be supposed to tend to fairly is reasonable;Expansion education resources total quantity and cultivation good education atmosphere,education tradition and so on; In the social public welfare domain,strengthens the maintenance education fair folk strength.
