Educational justic, as is known to all, is indispensable in our daily life. Without it, the harmonious society is hard to realize and consequently the rights and duties of citizens seem impossible to be assured. At present, for various kinds of reasons, education in our country is far from equal which destroys the fundamental rights of citizens and sets a barrier to the development of a harmonious society. Educational equality becomes the focus of all people.The paper tries to analyze the theory and present circumstance of educational equality from sociological and ethics' perspective, attempting to probe the ways of realization of educational equality in our country.
