"Teacher becomes a reflective practitioner" has become one of the most important trend of changes in teacher education and the teacher professional development, since 1980's. In this article, the "teachers' reflection" not only means that teachers "looked back" their work when they have finished their job, but also means that teachers have intentional consciousness during their practice. When teachers commit with their students, the more reflectively consciousness they have, the more intension and sensitivity they are. Furthermore, teachers may have more opportunity to show their tact of teaching and pedagogical thoughtfulness in the pedagogical moment. By both descriptively and rationally analyzing the possibility of "reflection as one kind of consciousness", the dissertation makes us get better understanding of the meaning of "teachers' reflection", the possibility of "reflective practice" and mission of teacher education.The dissertation consists of introduction and three parts. The first part is embodied the historical clue of the "teacher become a reflective practitioner" movement. At the end of this part, the essential meaning of teachers' "reflection" has been enquired. The second part tries to inquire the meaning and the possibility of the "reflection as one of consciousness" by phenomenological research. The last part offering the significance of investigation into the meaning of "reflection as one of consciousness" during teacher education: 1) the concept of "reflection" have more rich meaning than ever before; 2) the possibility of "reflective practice"; 3) the mission of teacher education and.
