The study quality is an important standard which measures the study effect. In the new turn of the foundation physics education reform, The foundation physics education reform proposed the reform of the appraisal system to the students. how to measure the middle-school students' physics study quality comprehensively and what state our middle-school students physics study quality is in are become questions in front of the physic education researcher.The paper unifies the spirit of the new turn of curriculum reform, and discusses the development of the connotation about quality, and then introduces its meaning into the educational category. With the study theory, the education goal theory, and the middle school physics teaching brief, the paper constructed the five-aspect goal of the students' physics study quality. According to the five-aspect goal, the middle-school students' physics study quality was measured. There are 520 students come from Beijing and Ningxia province. They are consisted of seven middle schools' five grades totally 520 students. In the practical investigation, we firstly carry on analyze to the whole students about their physical study quality ,and then analyze the regional disparity, the sex difference and the grade difference of the middle-school students' physics study quality.
