"exile" From The Poetic To The Poetic "return"

The meaning is one of the basic characteristics of the poetry . meanwhile, it's also an essential part of the poetry teaching in senior high school. However, because of the present evaluating system ,the poetry teaching has been simplified or neglected , only to reslut in teachers' concentrating on the language analysis and simply making students recite poetries.This essay shows that there are still many disadvantages in teaching poetry and the reasons why it has come about can be found by studying and data analyzing. At the same time , through the angle of synthetical courses and cultural style of the poetry , the purpose of this research is explained that poetry teaching can be used to educate students and pass on the meaning of the poetry. According to the purpose, in the end of this essay , three factors are emphasized to overcome the problems in poetry teaching , namely, the personality of the teacher, the way of teaching and therespect to learners as the principal part.
