Achievement motivation is an important focus of resent and modern psychological studies'. As a socialized motivation, achievement motivation is cruicial to career development of teachers. Causul-attribution and self-efficacy are the important factors which have great influence to achievement-motivation. When the education reform deepen continually, it is very urgent that teachers must rise their professonal quality, transform their role, and the excellent will success, the bad will fail. It is well known that the center of human resourence management has been transformed to the potential devoloment and ability use, and attribution, teaching efficacy , achievement motivation are the key factors that develope and utilize teacher potentiality, surport them face chanllenge. So the research for the three variable should have significant therotic significance and aplicational value.The research is designed to aim at exploring the development characteristics of achievement attribution, teaching-efficacy and achievement motivation of primary and high school teachers, finding and clarfiing their relation .The research adopted questionnaires among 360 primary and high school teachers, and the results were as follows:(1)There was obvious difference in attribution style between sex, districts and education degrees.(2)There was obvious difference in personal teaching-efficacy between schools, education degrees and districts.(3)There was obvious difference in achievement motivation between teaching age, physical age, professionalization grades.(4)There are significant correlation among achievement attribution, teaching efficacy, achievement motivation, and influence of teaching-efficance to achievement motivation is obviously more higher than the influence of achievement attribution to achievement motivation. (5)There are significant reciprocity among achievement attribution, teaching efficacy, achievement motivation in primary and high school teachers, especially there are mutual cause-effect connection at different dimensionalities among three objects.
