This needs a performance system adapting to these independence college and its development stratagem.First, the author of this article introduces the performance management of oversea colleges, domestic colleges and domestic independence college, and analyzes the characters and defects of the performance management system now. Then she studies performance management theories of oversea colleges. The second, she introduces the JJ college status, analyzes the JJ college's performance management system it has built through the status, staffers framework. Then in theory and fact way, she analyzes the staffer post, performance criterion, making performance plan, performance guiding, performance evaluating, the performance management feedback, the result using and rectifying the result's error.
