Performance Technology And Its Applications

Since the middle of 20th century the Educational Technology emerged and developed as an independent profession, its theory and practice have been developed greatly. From its history, the emphasis of research fields of the Educational Technology has been changed several times: from resource, to teaching, and then to learning. So its practical extent is expanding correspondingly. Up to now, the Performance Technology has been developed as one part of the important content in Educational Technology research area.In our social economic lives, the rivalries between enterprises and other organizations are getting increasingly swingeing, in such situation, how to promote the performance of organization and performer is becoming to the important problem which is caught popular attention. The Performance Technology is a research and practice field in which the performance of performer and organization can be promoted, the systemic procedures are including analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate. So how to combine the theory and methods of Performance Technology with the actual conditions of the enterprises and other organizations, and how to apply the Performance Technology to the actual organization, how to apply the Performance Technology to direct the actual organization, to promote the workforce performance, are the chief content of this dissertation.In this dissertation, I will apply the theories and methods to a concrete enterprise, to direct and influence the running and management of this enterprise, and in the end, I will come up with several interventions to solve the existent problems, and propose my opinions about the pragmatic application of the Performance Technology.
