Game theory provides an efficient analyzing tool for modern economics. In comparison with other analyzing tools for economics, game theory attaches importance to mutual reaction of every doer or decision-maker in economic movement, that is to say, mutual dependence of the strategies and benefits, which is ignored to predigest the research by traditional economics, so it can primely overcome the flaw that the traditional economic pattern is divorced from the economic fact, and draw conclusions that is more practical and applying in some cases. With the rapid development of the competitive performance industry in China, game theory is increasingly becoming an important tool which can analyze and resolve various issues and conflicts in the competitive performance industry.Based on game theory, the paper, which studies its several applications in the competitive performance industry in China, is mainly composed of four parts: the first part simply introduces the development course of game theory and analyzes the feasibility and inevitability of applying game theory to studying the competitive performance industry in China; on the basis of cooperative game theory, the second part demonstrates that the professional clubs must depend on the association or homologous organizations to carry out cooperative game during the course of the production and sale of the competitive performance product, and then points out Shapley method is a better scheme for resolving the difficulty that the professional association provides distribution to every club; the third part, on the basis of asymmetric information game theory, discusses that the professional clubs in our country must synthetically evaluate the real level of the athletes by combining with quantitative means when asking athletes to train and compete tentatively ; the fourth part, applying principal-agency theory, puts forward that the professional association must build the perfect incentive-constrain mechanism of clubs, which can ultimately root up "false match" and promote the development of the competitive performance industry in a healthy and sustaining way.
