In the process of human society development, cooperative behavior has always played a very important role.Especially in the case of high technology and economic development, social stability and development are inseparable from a large number of large-scale cooperative behavior. Therefore, the existence of cooperative behavior has become an issue of interest to many scholars in the fields of economy, society and biology. In the researches, evolutionary game theory become an effective tool. The content of this paper is divided into three parts: The first part is based on human experiment to explore the influence of the zealot on the cooperative behavior in the prisoner's dilemma;the second part is based on computer simulation, exploring the influence of the conformist on the cooperative behavior in the network prisoner's dilemma; The third part is also based on computer simulations, studying the impact of punishment on cooperative behavior. In the first part of the content, through the experiment,it is found that the existence of the zealots promotes cooperation rate, and there is a best proportion of zealots can most effectively promote the continuity of cooperation.Through cluster analysis,we found that individuals can be mainly divided into three types;pro-social;anti-social;intermediate type;Prosocial players tend to use cooperative strategies no matter what the situation;anti-social players tend to not cooperate in any situation;the intermediate-type individual's willingness to cooperate is in the middle of the other two types.By comparison,we found that the increase of prosocial individuals and the reduction of antisocial individuals promoted the evolution of cooperative behavior. In the second and third parts,we studied the effects of conformist and punishment on cooperation through computer simulation. We have found that when the temptation to defect is small, the increase of conformist will promote the evolution of cooperative behavior;and when the temptation of defect is large, the increased conformist will inhibit the cooperation. The existence of punishment can promote cooperation, and it is found that the reason for promoting cooperation is the heterogeneity of individuals' payoff. The study in this paper is conducive to the analysis and understanding of the emergence and persistence of cooperative behavior, especially the research based on human experiments can have some inspiration for economics, sociology, behavior, psychology and other disciplines. In addition, our research also contributes to resolve the related social dilemma of economic resource allocation, public management, resource protection, and environmental governance.Secondly,network-based analysis methods have some practical significance for the research of disease transmission, prevention and blocking.
