According to the Theory of Situated Cognition and Learning, the course that students are constructing their knowledge structure is not only influenced by the specific studying scene but also influenced by their social and history culture. Basing on the analysis of the science and technology compositions in the traditional culture of our country and the concerning investigation among the junior students, the present writer thinks that there is a lack of the atmosphere of the science and technology culture among the junior students. In order to build the atmosphere, the events that happened in the physics history are adapted as some brilliant discovering stories, which attract students' attention, spread the culture of science and heighten students' interest of science. And the author is developing a school course in which students will be organized as some discovering groups, going through the process of the science discovery, having a taste of the physician's lofty quality, comprehending the way of physician' thinking, practicing their manipulating capability, recognizing the necessary and the importance of the communication and the cooperating. The school course is being practiced in the elective lesson where students are bold in putting things into practice and blazing new trails and forming the quality of the science and humanity with the democratic harmony of the teachers and students.
