With the development of information technology, the construction of numeral teaching resources becomes most important in school teaching knowledge construction. However, these school educational technology centers and school libraries still have a great deal of traditional teaching overhead transparencies. But for various reasons, their utilization rate became lower, quality descended, some even will be discarded. Rescuing these traditional teaching slide resources becomes urgent. Digitizing the traditional teaching overhead transparencies is the best reborn method.The angle of view this article based on is the theory of knowledge management. The article put forward the point that educational knowledge management emphasizes the conversion from acquiring information to acquiring knowledge; more emphasizes the innovation and revelation of knowledge. Transferring the carrier of knowledge from traditional teaching overhead transparencies to digitization form by technique means can change the revelation method of knowledge, and adapt new teaching and educating principle, so as to obtain better teaching result. Expanding and developing the numeral knowledge resource can carry out the rebirth and lasting of knowledge. The digitization strategy of teaching overhead transparencies is that, under the direction of school supervisor sections, with the contents to be digitized provided by teachers, the specialized technical carries on the digitization and integration with teaching principle, and share the digitized knowledge. This article elaborates in detail of the steps of digitization, and emphasizes the revelation of knowledge. Dynamic management method is put forward to manage digitized resources, so as to promote the share and the rebirth of traditional resources.
