Research On Digitization Of Student Management In Colleges And Universities Of Zhengzhou

With the popularization of internet,cloud computing and big data,the amount of data is increasing.Both computer industry and software application industry have made rapid development,which provides new technologies and methods for the development of student management in Colleges and universities.Because the management of students in Colleges and universities has the characteristics of complex management content and great individual differences,it is difficult to meet the existing development needs by relying on the traditional management model.Therefore,it is of great significance to incorporate the concept of digitization into the management of students in Colleges and universities to improve the efficiency of student management and to realize the continuous optimization of differential management and student management.Taking the digitization of student management in Zhengzhou as an example,this paper summarizes the relevant theoretical background of the digitization of student management in Colleges and universities at home and abroad.Combining with the concept of digitization,goal management and the management concept advocated in the theory of humanistic management,this paper makes a comprehensive survey through data collection,questionnaire survey and interview,and expounds the current situation of students' digitization management in Zhengzhou's colleges and universities from the aspects of learning management,life management,evaluation management,internship management and employment management.It is found that in the digitization of student management in Zhengzhou higher education institutions,there are some problems,such as insufficient understanding of the platform,inadequate feedback information processing,insufficient information collection and investigation for students' needs,and inefficient integration and utilization of school resources and platforms.By analyzing the causes of the digitization of student management in Colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the digitization of student management in Colleges and universities from four aspects: realizing information transmission and publicity through multiple channels,strengthening the application of information technology in demand collection and analysis,constructing student management decision-making mechanism supported by multiple information,and creating personalized student service and management mechanism.This paper studies the digitization of student management in Zhengzhou higher education institutions in order to provide reference for the improvement of student management in China's higher education institutions.
